Design Lab: drawing furries for homework
Gee whiz, it sure has been awhile! Now I'm a Junior, and already buried by homework, but here's a little somethin' somethin' I did for our Drawing For Animators (DFA) class.
We pulled character designs from silhouettes, scribbles, and photos of textures. It was a neat process for idea generation, definitely hope to do some more of these.

Oh, look! An animation! We do a lot of that here. Silhouette exercise was really fun.Tuesday, April 30, 2013
FINALESSSSSSSS
Now that the semester's over, I don't know what to do with free time, so I think it's about time to plug in some bloggin' swag. Whatever that means.

I even tried to do an actual character sheet, only to go off model in every single frame, and then I decided it wasn't enough to just go off model, so I changed his name too. I'm sure the lack of consistency won't factor in at ALL in the final grade, right?
Mimes get ALL the invisible girls, geez. Gotta fix a couple parts, but I figured I would post it anyway, because if I son't now it'll just fester on my hard drive and start resenting me. This was a fun story to work out, especially since most of the interaction happens between the mime and an invisible woman, and how are you supposed to get THAT to make sense? I originally pitched something like this for my Sit-Stand animation assignment but I was like "lol too animation and acting heavy". And speaking of
Sit Stand... remember this guy?
Or this guy?
Perhaps you recognize THIS FELLOW?!?!
The president made a special appearance in my sit stand assignment.

This assignment was crazy and heartbreaking and made me question my life, hope you enjoy it. Next step, figure out what to do this summer.
