Mime cousin Vinny
Everyone else does nice looking character sheets, so I wanted to make one that didn't suck as bad as mine usually do. Say hello to Vincent, everyone. It's pronounced French-ly.

Gee willickers, look at these figures in context!
I wish I could lay down at the foot of a tree... I picked the wrong major for that.
It's almost as if he's sitting on a bench! Unfortunately this is a cropped down version; originally I showed more of the table and there was another cup... that belonged to someone who DIDN'T SHOW UP! Now all he has is that one lonely cup...
(In real life it was a starbucks cup, what do you want from me)
I swear I'll post things from my major... after the semester ends. Until then, all y'all have to settle for awkward studies.

Some recent work from my figure painting class... which I have yet to paint in. But I've enjoyed practicing drawing for longer sessions. When I started this class the only figure experience I had was with gestures, so I wasn't sure how to spend my time. I had another sketchbook with drawings like this, but alas it is le gone. Oh well.

So I took a sketch dump...
These were my ideations for simple poly last semester. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I drew the shark and ...troll... thing. Now for sitstand I'm mainly doing Abe Lincoln. I mean, obviously.
These Lincolns were actually too generic looking, so the the end product is going to be a lot more exaggerated than this.
OH AND LOOK, EVEN MORE BIRDS, THIS TIME FOR CONCEPT. PERHAPS THERE IS SOME SORT OF PATTERN HERE, I'M NOT SURE.
I need to stop blogging and actually make pretty things that look nice on blogs, or portfolios.

Merry Christmas!
Helped out my sister with a secret santa exchange. Originally there was lineart, and then I was like, "...no" and painted the bugger. Merry Christmas!
