I don't sketch for fun as much as I'd like to. Here's some stuff from a month ago. Loves me some coffee and tea.

T shirt idea

Yo dawgs! This is a t-shirt design I've had in mind for awhile now, thought it'd be time to start fleshing something out. These are glorified thumbnails, but if you have any suggestions, please share them!





In other news, I've been bad. The academic center closed at ten, and I'm still here. It's midnight. Also, bill for tuition is due for a few weeks, and it's very le sad. Next semester we're actually gonna start animating, which is cool, 'cause, you know, I wanna study animation. BUT AT WHAT PRICE?!

But at least turkey day's coming up. Poor turkeys. Bastards can't even naturally reproduce because they're bred to have these MONSTROUS BREASTS that get in the way of, um, having sex. Cripes.

FEEEE-GYURRRRRR! Finally sucked it up and went to the figure drawing club here. It was good for my soul.

Aw yeah.

As my friends and I discovered, the trick to having a good time at Ringling is to get the fuck off campus. Bitch Millie, Evan and I went to an Illest of Ill benefit concert (Evan being the only Ill major among us) . The severed hand was one of many souvenirs acquired that night, and even though I'm twenty dollars poorer I think the Bard and Mustache CD and Andy Machett tee were very much worth it. No cure for homesickness like going out and jamming with people who are way into their music.

Stickerrrrrssss

Lulz, so the t-shirt thing DID NOT WORK OUT. The other submissions were awesome though, and we all got to make stickers! I couldn't pass up the opportunity to turn this monstrosity into an adhesive demon.

Last minute t-shirt design... very last minute.

LOLZ apparently there was a theme that I totally didn't follow. WELP.

I still need to do this: paste some shit around town. One night, my roommate, her boyfriend and I all stayed up psychotically late and printed/drew things that we could wheat paste (turn into stickers). When it came to mixing the paste, though, everything fell to shambles.

Burlesque sketch night

Doodle's from the Burlesque sketch night at our house. My roommate's performer pal Tracy Jenkin's graciously volunteered to model for us, setting up some hilarious costumes and poses. I took reference photos so I could revisit the ideas in the future.
